My Story

Hi, I’m Frances.  I’m a health and safety specialist and Bowen Therapist.

What I really do is give peace of mind and help allied health businesses have happy and safe staff and clients. 

I’ve spent more than 25 years working with a wide variety of organisations to improve their health and safety practices to enable everyone to go home in a better condition than they arrive. 

I’m also a Bowen Therapist who knows the reality about working in clinics.

The real reason I do what I do is I’ve attended numerous clinics where I don’t feel safe or secure.  When this occurs, I instinctively don’t trust the practitioner and I can’t relax during the treatment, so I never go back to that clinic or therapist.  I’m a living example that if people don’t feel safe and secure in your clinic, they won’t return.

I’m helping allied health professionals improve health and safety to help retain clients and staff as well as avoiding potential fines and reputation damage. I’m also a big believer that safety systems should be used to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
